This role is located in Wroclaw with a possibility to work in hybrid model 3 days from home.
Your Role:
The Process Expert AWV Bundesbank Reporting is responsible for process design in Foreign Trade and Regulation Reporting to the German Federal Central bank, including, but not limited to, creation and submission of reports, in-depth analysis of accounting data and plausibility checks to improve reporting accuracy and quality. You will define and further optimize work instructions & guidelines, organize regular meetings and trainings, and ensure documentation of processes, analysis work and reports. It is also part of the responsibilities to initiate changes in our SAP systems in cooperation with IT experts and to follow-up on their successful implementation and integration to reporting processes. In addition, the role includes leveraging potentials for automation and harmonization across systems. On an ad-hoc basis you will support project initiatives, internal and external audits. You will communicate and cooperate with various stakeholders across our organization like Treasury, Operations, IT, but also divisional business contacts. Due to the exposure to a wide range of stakeholders (including senior management of the company) and various business cases, financial processes, and operative fields, this is an excellent opportunity to gain broad insights into our financial and business landscape, as well as strengthen and use your abilities to work in a dynamic project environment.
Who you are:
- Have 3 - 5 years of working experience in the field of finance either in industry or with other service providers is necessary.
- Profound knowledge in SAP FI is required.
- Experienced in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Intercompany accounting in an SAP environment, either operationally or in rollout projects is preferred. Alternatively experienced in a consulting role in similar projects or a regulatory environment.
- Have advanced Excel skills.
- Proficient in German and English languages.
- Have excellent communicational skills and a structured attitude.
- Able to meet deadlines, collect data and follow up when needed.
