Role Description
The Reward Analyst will support the Group Head of Reward & Benefits, Organisational Design, and Performance Management teams in the design and implementation of holistic reward and organisational design strategy; including budgeting, analytics and governance activities for the Reward Department.
They coordinate organisation-wide projects and initiative to deliver on our people strategy and ensure alignment with the department planning and objectives.
This role is reporting to the Group Head of Reward & Benefits, Organisational Design and Performance Management.
Specific Role Responsibilities- Manage the company-wide compensation structure, including base salary ranges, on-target bonus per role/level, and equity eligibility;- Lead the annual compensation review planning (Process and Systems) and work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth process (e.g Performance management, Workday, etc);- Keep track on market movements, model salary increases, bonus pool;- Participate in salary surveys, collect internal and external data to ensure compensation structure remains market competitive (market movements, attrition, hiring challenges, etc);- Provides analysis on all aspects of the budgeting and cost assessment of reward programs;- Works closely with FP&A and Accounting to establish and track annual budgets and review accruals for all staff costs;- Develop Total compensation materials for Education/communication for HRPB’s, Line Managers and Talent acquisition;- Support with all aspects of internal governance on remuneration and organisational design, including but not limited to writing papers for the Group Remuneration Committee, Subsidiary Boards and Group Board;- Ensure that our all Reward materials available on the company portal are up to date;- Partner with procurement to review vendor contracts, particularly for global benefits providers.
Experience required- Technical expertise in people analytics and/or reward analytics;- High level of attention to detail;- Experience of reward and benefits within a global organization, ideally within finance or technology sectors;- Ability to negotiate effectively and manage different and often conflicting stakeholder needs;- Preferably, experience on building commercially focused business cases for reward and benefits spend.
Core competencies- Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including competency in financial analysis and People analytic;- Ability to communicate complex messages clearly and concisely;- Business Acumen: establish policy and requirements in alignment with HR & FNZ strategy and priorities, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion principles;- Internal interaction with company executives, leadership and development of direct and indirect team members.
Basic Qualifications- Experience designing, implementing and enhancing global reward and benefits programs;- Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills, tact and discretion in handling information, attention to detail, and strong work ethic;- Ability to effectively collaborate and work with all staff levels;- Self-directed, resourceful, solution oriented and result driven;- Enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment;- Willing to take risks and adjust as needed to the desired outcome;- Commitment to diversity and encourage an inclusive work environment that supports workforce diversity and diverse perspectives.
