Job Description:
Coding Blocks is a leading educational institution specializing in computer programming and coding. We are seeking a talented and passionate C++/Java Instructor to join our team. This role is open to individuals willing to relocate to any of our centers.
Responsibilities:
Teaching: Conduct classes and workshops to teach C++ and Java programming to students of various age groups and skill levels.
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design and enhance course content, projects, and assignments.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to students in their coding journey, helping them solve problems, debug code, and improve their skills.
Code Reviews: Review and provide constructive feedback on students' code to help them improve their coding practices.
Assessment: Create and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate students' progress.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest programming trends, languages, and technologies to ensure the curriculum remains relevant.
Continuous Learning: Attend workshops, training, and conferences to enhance your own skills as an instructor.
Requirements:
Strong Proficiency: Expertise in C++ and Java programming languages, including data structures and algorithms.
Teaching Skills: Experience in teaching, mentoring, or tutoring, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
Passion for Coding: A deep passion for coding and a desire to instill this passion in others.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience: The ability to work patiently with students, understanding that learning to code can be challenging.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to help students debug their code effectively.
Adaptability: Willingness to relocate to any of our centers based on the company's needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a coding instructor or tutor.
Knowledge of other programming languages or technologies.
Familiarity with competitive programming and coding competitions.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: ₹20,854.76 - ₹44,402.75 per month
