Responsibilities:
- Conduct impactful phone-based sales interactions.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to drive successful conversions.
- Promptly resolve customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills for effective customer engagement.
- Self-driven attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Graduate in any field, with a preference for sales/marketing background.
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
