Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation
  • Engage potential clients with compelling presentations and software demonstrations
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions through our financial software offerings
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by implementing strategic and solution-oriented sales techniques
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion processes
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide valuable insights
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven success in sales, specifically within the financial software industry, demonstrating expertise in sectors such as banking, insurance, investment banks, and brokerage firms
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
