We are now on the lookout for a Senior Digital Designer to join our Creative & CX team working on one of our largest client accounts. So, think you can help us?

We love working with passionate and enthusiastic people, and that’s what we’re looking for in our next Senior Digital Designer. As part of the role you would work on:

• Understanding how brands behave, implementing or evolving style guides, and critiquing the use of brand elements by creatives in your project team
• Demonstrating your expert design skills in layout, typography and image creation/manipulation (vector based illustrations or photographic manipulation), critiquing the layouts by creatives in your project team
• Creating innovating and engaging, workable responsive design solutions for all devices that demonstrate an understanding of the content hierarchy by adapting where required for different formats
• Creating innovating, clear and engaging UI elements as well as measurable interactivity
• Bringing content to life with animations, by creating clear storyboards and generating high quality animated content
• Lead the delivery of project strategy and data goals and presenting your solutions with rationales that demonstrate how your work can influence those goals
• Creating concepts in collaboration with others that to meet and exceed project performance goals
• Creating expert presentation documents with a clear, goal-focused narrative, engaging layout and useful annotations for work that is sent to clients and accompanied by clear verbal narration when in person
• Present excellent, clearly articulated goal-focused rationales for your solutions that meet project and client objectives for the work
• Lead the creative output of a project team by supporting the professional development of junior project team members, providing effective mentoring and guidance
• Sharing the knowledge within your discipline and of your discipline through the agencies

At Armadillo, we are a collaborative team, so you will also need to work closely with other employees in various departments throughout the agency, maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues at all levels. We are looking for a strong communicator who will be able to effectively communicate project status updates and support in knowledge sharing with within your discipline and with other departments throughout the agency. Some more practical skills we also look for here are:

• Expert experience in the Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and After Effects
• Skills in using Microsoft (Word, PPT & Excel) and the Google equivalents
• Understanding of Harvest, Trello and Forecast are desirable but can be taught
