Inside Sales Coordinator medical Devices gurgaon

The position is for a Manufacturing company of Medical Devices in Gurgaon. Preferred Female with 3years of inside sales coordinator. Shoul dbe good in English.

Cross check of DAR sales team daily basis and maintain attendance accordingly.
Preparation of Quotation in ERP as per QRF / Various sales report in excel, Sales executive wise /Zone wise/ Channel partner sales data, Pvt/Govt Sales Data from ERP.
Sales funnel review and analysis of the sales team.
Monitor India Mart/ Exhibition/AIMS Enquiry data on Google Sheets and update status from the sales team on a daily basis follow up.
Cross-checking and monitoring of Sales team monthly TA/DA.
Debtor’s sheets updating and follow-up with sales team basis.
Preparation of monthly sales review data.
Ticket booking of train/flights for sales & service team as per requirement on a daily basis.
Arrange Catalogue to sales team/channel partner as per requirement.
Maintain files of important documents related sales team/ channel partner.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
