As OEM Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing in a sustainable and profitable way the Yokohama TWS OEM business in Czech Republic and Slovakia, one of the key markets in the EMEA Region.
Reporting to the Sales Director, your key mission will be consolidating existing relationships with our current customers, catching new business opportunities, and upgrading our go-to-market strategies.
Entrepreneurial spirit combined with leadership skills, data-driven mindset and a strong commercial acumen are key to succeed in this visible role with a tremendous impact on the whole EMEA Region business and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities to secure new businesses from OEM customer base, increasing revenues and optimizing profit
- Managing pricing, quotations and other sales proposal activities
- Designing and implementing new go-to-market strategies to drive business growth within assigned portfolio and territory
- Analyzing latest performance results vs assigned goals and implement necessary commercial actions in response
- Evaluating product performance by extracting customer’s feedback and debriefing insights with Product Management
- Liaising with quality assessment or regulatory board about the OEM product’s quality or safety Issues
