Description
Reporting to the Business Operation Product Owner, the Senior Network Business Specialist will play a crucial role in managing operational and financial aspects aligned with the Product Model & Portfolio Strategy.
What will be your primary responsibilities
- Provide financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support for the IT Network services organization
- Act as the primary point of contact with stakeholders, including Product & Product Line owners, Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, Finance IT organization, Supplier Management, Vendors, and Procurement
- Develop and participate in team presentations for Financial & Operational Review
- Support product teams in decision-making processes by offering relevant financial information and insight
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes, eliminating waste in terms of time and cost
- Support Business Operations, including MS&O PO management services from planning, creation, approvals, tracking to closing within the Product Model
- Ensure continuous monitoring to guarantee compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Manage communication and change management activities
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop business operations models
