Duties
Selling circa 750 properties per annum and statistically 20 - 30% being traded to investors, there is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Executive to capitalise on potential clients already in the pipeline with this company.
Your key duties will include:
- Liaise with the sales team for investor clients
- Prospect and hunt for new business leads
- Appraise and sign-up properties for rent
- Advertise available rentals and take enquires
- Manage the Leasing process
- Maintain a pipeline of potential business
- Database management
Specific requirements
Our client is open to anyone with exposure to real estate and who is hungry to succeed. To secure this role you will have:
- Strong relationship building and / or sales skills
- Demonstrated experience in meeting targets or KPI’s
- Strong communicator with good presentation
- Good longevity in roles and a drive to succeed
- A current Certificate of Registration, car and Drivers licence
- A car and drivers license
