Accounts and Payroll Officer

Reporting to General Manager, our client now have an opportunity for an experienced Accounts and Payroll Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing Payroll in Xero
  • Accounts receivable
  • Accounts payable and expenses related tasks
  • Bank account and credit card reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Reporting: sales, purchases and stock
  • Assist with audits
  • Record keeping & data entry
  • General administrative duties
  • Any other duties as directed by management

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven payroll, accounts payable and receivable experience.
  • High level attention to detail is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & BI
