Responsibilities:
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of parts and accessories.
- Provide accurate advice on parts and accessories to customers.
- Keep up to date with new products and technologies.
- Assist customers in selecting the correct parts and accessories for their machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders and returns.
- Process customer orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
