Our
Client
Here is your opportunity to join this modern office in the St George area, who keep going from strength to strength! This agency offers expertise in sales and marketing, property management and project marketing in both the residential and commercial sector.
Duties:
On a day to day you will be managing 180-200 properties and be responsible for:
- Oversee the day to day running of a portfolio of residential properties.
- Laise with landlords and tenants
- Managing all ingoing, routine / outgoing inspections
- Rent renewals.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Familiar with the St George area
About You:
- Have at least 6 months of property management experience
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Great attitude & long term view of PM as a career
- Own vehicle & Licence
- Experience working with Property Tree (ideal but not essential)
- Local knowledge of the St George area
