We are the industry leader in the delivery of pre-employment medical assessments and pre-employment work fitness assessments, which is supported by our centralised Contact Centre based in our head office in Wayville SA.
About the role:
We are seeking a fixed-term, full time
The position is
Full-time (Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week) for a one (1) year period. You must be available between 7:30am - 7:30pm to be scheduled for 8-hour shifts. We will provide you with a tailored training program delivered upon commencement to ensure that you have the necessary skills and training to provide consistent and quality services to our clients.
About you:
- Previous experience in a contact centre setting or in medical administration
- Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
- Ability to work as a team to ensure results and client KPIs are met
