Your contribution to something big:
We seek an experienced Agile Master to guide a multinational team, ensuring a smooth and efficient SAP implementation of business requirements. In this role, you will:
- Partner with diverse stakeholders and IT teams across locations to translate business needs into actionable, SAP-centric user stories and tasks;
- Verify adequate testing in SAP Solution Manager, guaranteeing smooth releases;
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, empowering team members to deliver high-quality work within defined iterations;
- Manage and track progress, proactively identifying and resolving impediments to ensure timely delivery;
- Champion Agile principles and practices, in integration with the standard release processes in our division;
- Continuously assess and refine the Agile framework to optimize project execution and maximize value delivery.
Qualifications:
What distinguishes you:
- * Education*:Degree in Business Administration, IT or similar;
- * Experience*: More than 3 years of experience as an Agile Master in various projects, preferably in combination with SAP. Experience in leading and motivating teams, as well as fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work culture;
- * Know-How*: Expertise in implementing Agile methodologies; expertise in SAP Solution Manager is a strong plus but if you don’t have it, training will be provided;
- * Personality*: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders across all levels;
- * Work style*: A data-driven approach to project management, utilizing metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement;
- * Languages*: very good communication skills in English and preferably in Portuguese too;
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
