- In this dynamic role, you'll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility in Barcelona and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:

- Have customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers’ needs
- Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution
It will be a plus if you have:
