Position: Event Staff

Location: MYST Nightclub at Home The Venue, SYDNEY,2000

Job Description:
MYST Nightclub is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our event staff team for our upcoming events. As event staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a vibrant and memorable experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in event setup and breakdown, including arranging decorations and ensuring the venue is visually appealing.

  1. Manage guest entry, ensuring smooth and efficient admission processes.

  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  3. Monitor crowd dynamics to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.

  4. Collaborate with other team members to execute promotional activities and special events.

  5. Distribute promotional materials and engage with patrons to enhance their overall experience.

  6. Uphold venue policies and procedures to ensure a secure and compliant environment.


Requirements:
1. Must be 18 years or older.

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle diverse responsibilities.

  3. Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  4. Availability to work Fridays. Currently our event is once a month.


Job Type: Part-time

Salary: Up to $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission
