The stand-alone recruitment role has a national focus looking after the recruitment needs of our business on a national scale.
The position resides within the Human Resources team comprising of 3 individuals, each primarily dedicated to a specific area of the human resources function, but being a small team, each member contributes when and where required, whether that be in recruitment, remuneration, learning & development, HR analytics and reporting, quality management, HRIS administration, performance or employee relations just to name a few.
Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate reference checks, background checks
- Provide regular reports and feedback on recruitment activities and outcomes
- demonstrated in-house recruitment experience, preferably in Retail
- experience in general human resources activities
- experience in HRIS systems, preferably Dayforce
- engaging personality
- confident in managing up, down and sideways!
- articulate communicator
- attention to detail
- clear and precise writing skills
- mid-high level Microsoft skill set
