We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to be responsible for visual and motion design of creative assets in a dynamic app marketing team.

What you will do

  • Design and edit ads for marketing campaigns on paid social media channels based on project briefs and collaboration with internal creative and channel specialists.
  • Blend user-generated content (UGC) and influencer collaborations with compelling motion designs.
  • Be part of our data-driven approach by actively participating in A/B testing initiatives.
  • Contribute to ideation and strategy, shaping impactful marketing campaigns from the ground up.
  • Oversee the delivery of final assets and maintain consistency across all communication channels.

You should have

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in digital design.
  • Advanced knowledge of the latest design tools, including After Effects and Figma.
  • Exceptional design and layout skills and a great eye for composition, color, and typography.
  • A strong interest in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and a thorough understanding of what design decisions are best for multi-channel marketing.
  • An ability to communicate concepts and solutions clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders.
  • An ability to work at a high pace without compromising quality.
  • A can-do attitude. Be a self-motivated problem solver with an eye for details and an internal drive for excellence.
