Your role

- We’re looking for a Lead Sustainability Analysis to:
- sits in the middle between the internal activities to source data, develop methodologies and establish frameworks and the link of these activities to the outside use for the Business Divisions (capability, client and product level reporting).
Responsibilities include- Prepare assessment of market developments for sector decarbonization paths
- Create analysis of client's exposure to sustainability topics and alternatives to mitigate risk
- Link the current frameworks and methodologies within the UBS context to client relevant roadmaps
- Amplify our research and methodology analysis through the Sustainability Institute
- Link the assessment of companies to the criteria of the main rating providers and highlighting patterns on how to optimally implement a program to effectively improve ratings
- Develop reporting tools for internal and external stakeholders on sustainability progress in portfolios or sectors
Your team
- You’ll be working in the the Chief Sustainability Office in Zurich and working closely with Chief Sustainability Officer and the CSO management team.
- The team is responsible for the implementation of the UBS Group Executive Board-sponsored sustainability and impact strategy, including our progress towards Net Zero. In your role you will interact closely with different teams within Group Sustainability and Impact, as well as other UBS business divisions and control functions. Become a part of a truly agile and multi-national team.
Your expertise
- Deep and practical understanding of sustainability research concepts, and good understanding of the regulatory developments
- Ability to translate sustainability concepts into commercially attractive representations
- Ability and experience to speak in public as an Subject Matter Expert on sustainability
- Ability to assess and analyze data to produce insights for stakeholders
