Description

Digimark is seeking to hire talented a Services Secretary who is a team player with a can-do attitude.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and organize IT-related documents, such as reports, manuals, policies, procedures, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update IT inventory records, such as hardware, software, licenses, warranties, and service agreements.

  • Manage and report on Help Desk ticketing system.
  • Perform regular backups and data recovery operations and ensure the security and confidentiality of IT data and files.
  • Coordinate and schedule IT-related meetings, appointments, and events, and prepare meeting materials and minutes.
  • Coordinate with vendors on hardware replacements
  • Research and evaluate new IT products and services, and provide recommendations and feedback to IT management.
  • Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by IT management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Similar
  • Proven work experience as an IT Secretary or a similar role in an IT environment.
  • Familiarity with IT terminology, concepts, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with IT staff and customers.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
