Digimark is seeking to hire talented a Services Secretary who is a team player with a can-do attitude.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and organize IT-related documents, such as reports, manuals, policies, procedures, and contracts.
- Maintain and update IT inventory records, such as hardware, software, licenses, warranties, and service agreements.

- Manage and report on Help Desk ticketing system.
- Perform regular backups and data recovery operations and ensure the security and confidentiality of IT data and files.
- Coordinate and schedule IT-related meetings, appointments, and events, and prepare meeting materials and minutes.
- Coordinate with vendors on hardware replacements
- Research and evaluate new IT products and services, and provide recommendations and feedback to IT management.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by IT management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Similar
- Proven work experience as an IT Secretary or a similar role in an IT environment.
- Familiarity with IT terminology, concepts, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with IT staff and customers.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
