We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated *Project Manager *to join our team.

Key Accountabilities:

• Define the project scope in collaboration with project owner and senior management. Determine objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
• Create a detailed work plan identifying and sequencing activities needed to successfully complete the project (review, monitor and revise the project schedule as required, determine resources - time, money, equipment, etc.)
• Manage project team and project stakeholders according to the established policies and practices of the organization
• Monitor and control the progress and the budget consumption of the project and make adjustments required to ensure successful completion
• Produce reports and communicate status of the project to senior management and business owners
• Identify risks and issues, propose and ensure mitigation actions inform on-time senior management and business owners. Evaluate outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase

Requirements:

• +5 years of Experience
• With proven certification PMI or Prince 2
• Prior experience in Banking Sector Projects will be considered an asset
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills (both written & verbal) and advanced negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, numerical and data analysis skills with a problem-solving aptitude
• Strong business thinking and high interest to innovate and think out of the box
• Result oriented and ability to work proactively, set priorities and successfully manage situations of ambiguity in a timely fashion
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively in a team
• Certification at Project management, Delivery or Analysis methodologies are considered a strong asset
