Responsibilities:
Hines Greece is looking to hire an experienced professional to lead its asset management efforts - the Head of the Asset Management team shall be overseeing and managing a portfolio of properties on behalf of Hines and its partners. The Head of Asset Management shall be responsible in formulating and implementing a long-range real estate asset management strategy, aiming to maximize the value of the portfolio. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation of asset management strategies and business plans for potential investments
- Completing strategic asset management initiatives to improve property values: refurbishments, redevelopment, lease negotiations, CAPEX projects
- Budget planning
- Communicating with investors and clients
- Preparing and submitting assigned reporting to management and investors
- Ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of all strategic decisions
- Providing portfolio reporting and financial analysis to justify asset strategy
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory matters in conjunction with internal compliance and external advisers
- Managing third parties including Property Managers, Legal Professionals, Valuers, Lease agents
- Negotiating contracts and reviewing property inspection reports
- Participating in the analysis of the ESG impact on the property sector and taking relevant decisions to factor this into an asset management approach
- Ensuring the portfolio's returns are maximized
- Responsible for managing portfolio of €1 billion AUM
- Mixed portfolio including hotels, office, retail and residential projects
- Responsible for reporting
- Managing leasing, dispositions and interfacing with local authorities
- Client facing and interacting with multiple stakeholders
- Reporting directly to CEO
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree
- Ten or more years' experience in real estate or asset management industry
