We are seeking a talented and passionate Accounting Assistant to join our team. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for the daily tasks associated with accounting, bookkeeping, and financial statements.
Responsibilities:
Carry out checks of daily transactions of retail stores
Control of quotations and purchase documents
Contact suppliers for reconciliation
Accounting entries
Updating and verifying general ledger accounts (bank, cards, depreciation, fixed assets, other entries)
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study
At least 3 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of SoftOne will be considered a plus
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills
