What you’ll be doing:
Answering technical queries from Field and Inside Sales Reps
Competitive information and product comparisons
Product Compatibility
Customer configuration and proposals support
ISRs or partner training on how to use Product/Configuration tools
Troubleshooting
Doubts
Complex configurations
Benchmark Requests
Proactive Information Flow to (Inside Sales/Territory Sales Reps)
Technical Tool Training
Customer tender/BID/RFP/RFI support
Basic Certificates
Configuration services (Asset Tagging, Bios Settings, Image Load), basic assistance, portfolio familiarization, general orientation
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a relevant IT technical role
Experience in data collection, entry, and reporting with great attention to detail
Ability to embrace and rally behind dynamic workloads.
Fluent in German
Analytical skills, critical thinking, global mindset
Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Strong English communication skills, both written and oral
Good team-playing skills.
Clear and logical thinking.
Extremely high work ethic and attention to confidentiality
