Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Delivery Engineer who will be in charge of ensuring successful deployment via online self-service process for Trusteer’s customers.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Deep understanding of web technologies (XML, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, REST API etc)
- Deep understanding of network topologies (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, firewall, load balancer proxy etc)
- Experience with Database and SQL
- Excellent collaboration skills, able to work well in a matrix organization
- Excellent customer facing communication skills
- Attention to the details
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Information security background
- Additional languages (Spanish, French) proficiency
