ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a talented Project Delivery Manager to join our Operations and Property team. Working with internal and external stakeholders you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed to the required timescales, budget and quality.
- Lead the delivery of a variety of multi store project workstreams, collaborating with stakeholders across Ireland and the UK to ensure that projects are delivered to specification, business requirements and correct standard.
- Ensure delivery of projects to defined “opening day” standards of presentation, compliance and operation - demonstrating a finite attention to detail

- Ensure a customer centric focus at all times through an expert understanding of live store operational processes and requirements
- Performance management of project contractors, project managers and consultants, holding them to account to KPI and SLAs as well as lead and motivate the site teams (internal and external resources); building effective relationships with key contractors and store colleagues to drive standards and performance

- Proven track record of successfully delivering programmes and projects to required timescales, cost and quality
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, holding others to account and to drive performance and change
- Experience of leading a team with a positive, forward-thinking attitude, with the ability to solve complex problems across programmes
- Willingness to travel for extended periods within Ireland - access to car required/driving licence
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE

- Experience of a retail organisation
- Collaborative stakeholder management and a confident communicator
