We are currently recruiting for a well-established and reputable plumbing and tile merchant located in the Ballycoolin area. Our client takes pride in providing high-quality products and excellent customer service to their clients, including professional plumbers, contractors, and homeowners.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, guidance, and recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers in the showroom, showcasing products and helping them make informed decisions.
- Keep the showroom clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Stay updated on the latest plumbing and tile products, trends, and industry developments.
- Provide technical product information to customers as needed.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to fulfil customer orders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the plumbing or tile industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and tile products.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.

Salary: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
