Responsibilities:
Deliver service in OTC (Cash Application) area to Elanco customers:
- Manage and monitor the Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) interface and ensure cash receipts are auto-applied against customer accounts
- Manage customer refunds, direct debit & customer refunds
- Effectively perform customer accounts reconciliation on a regular basis and identify/resolve open items
- Support the overall O2C Cash Application team with preparing reports for internal & external purposes
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year experience in Cash Application/AR functions
- Knowledge SAP FI modules
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or ongoing studies
- Participation in process transition will be an asset
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- English min. B2
