Social Media Analyst

One of our clients is a global company and we are looking for a Social Media Analyst. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between various business units and external vendors and will be responsible for delivering social media reports (PowerBI) and insights. In your role, you will collaborate with external vendors on a daily basis to ensure the quality of data collection and insight generation across the organization.

YOU WILL

• Translate both quantitative and qualitative social media data into actionable insights and recommendations to refine our social media strategy, improve content performance, and enhance online communications for our branded social accounts globally.
• Create actionable, concise and visually appealing reports from social listening data to effectively inform the business on various Strategic Framework Plan (SFP) categories, competitions and campaigns.
• Assist in conducting social media and brand analysis for SFP and competitive brands' social activity, including content interaction, platform analysis, product mentions, community management, emerging trends and latest technologies
• Be familiar with social media platforms and analytics tools, particularly Sprinklr
• Assist in the development of measurement frameworks, methodologies, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

YOU NEED
- Strong business communication skills:

• Ability to perform category and competitive analysis

• Track record of campaign performance analysis
• Ability to create and interpret brand social account performance reports
