Intelligent Automation Process Analyst
Desired Skills & Experience / Pożądane umiejętności i doświadczenie:
- Experience in business process knowledge within one or more of the following Industry Sectors: Logistics, Supply chain management is a big advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Engineering)
- Proven experience in process analysis, business process reengineering, and automation
- Familiarity with intelligent automation technologies, including RPA, AI, and machine learning
- Project management experience is a plus
- Certifications in relevant automation technologies are advantageous
- Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks
- Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and propose innovative solutions
- Ability to work independently and deliver multiple projects and support activities with mínimal supervision
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Experience in working in diverse and multicultural teams and global matrix organizations
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities / Obowiązki:
- Evaluates and analyzes existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Identifies and prioritizes processes that can be automated to achieve operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Monitors and measures the performance of automation solutions, making necessary adjustments and enhancements to ensure long-term effectiveness.
- Maintains comprehensive documentation of processes, automation solutions, and related procedures.
- Provides training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize and benefit from automation solutions.
- Ensures that all automation solutions and processes adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Analyzes data generated by automation solutions to provide insights and recommendations for process optimization.
