The Role:
We are currently looking for a German speaking *Senior Coordinator - Recruitment Administration *to join our Admin team for one of our clients - a global pioneer in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics focused on advancing science to improve people's lives.
You'll align to the client’s solution, providing efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process, and acting as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account.
Key Accountabilities:
- Managing interview scheduling process
- Supporting recruitment team in terms of other administrative tasks as requested
- Answering more complex queries and escalations
- Working with recruitment systems and technologies and ensuring they are being used effectively
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, making sure they are constantly up to date with the process
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports when required
Skills & Experience:
- Fluent German and English - both spoken and written
- Strong customer focus, pro-active and positive approach
- Attention to detail, excellent communication, organisational, problem solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to effectively work in a team, as well as individually
- Previous experience in recruitment administration area or customer-service - interview scheduling would be a great asset
