We are excited to announce an unparalleled opportunity to join our prestigious hotel as a Junior Sous Chef. This is not your typical chef position - we are seeking someone with an extraordinary flair for flavors and an innovative approach to cuisine.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of exquisite seasonal menus that will delight our discerning guests.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to create unique and inspired daily specials that showcase your individual ingenuity.
- Ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standard, meeting our guests' expectations every time.
- Assisting in effectively managing inventory, minimizing waste, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth, including staying updated on the latest culinary trends and techniques.
What do we need from you?
- Culinary Degree or relevant professional certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel, resort, or fine dining establishment.
- A deep understanding of different cooking techniques, culinary traditions, and flavor profiles.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively motivate and mentor the team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
