*FundPartner Solutions (FPS) *provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.
FPS Europe and the Pictet Group has defined *Private Assets *as one of it's key strategic initiative, and needs a strong servicing on this asset class to match with its ambitions. A great opportunity for someone willing to step in this promising asset class.
Your role
As the chosen applicant, you will be coordinating the PETAL Folder activity, and serve as key point of contact for this activity. In addition, you will be participating to the processing of General Partners information within our internal PERE GP Information Management system (PETAL Folders).
You will be key in reviewing PERE operational information from third parties and allocating it to the adequate operational teams for further processing.
Your activities will consist in:
- Act as key contact person for the activity towards PETAL Management and stakeholders
- On a daily basis, ensure the proper contribution of Petal Folders Inbox, connect to GP (General Partners) platforms and download documents
- Monitor the volumes and escalate in case of capacity issues
- Provide support to business teams by helping them connect to GP platforms
- Escalate technical issues to IT and coordinate until resolution
- Participate in the daily monitoring of Canoe's document gathering scope
- Anticipate capacity needs and align capacity on needs
- Provide KPIs on the activity to management
- Proactively propose process or technical continuous improvements to increase scalability and reduce risk
Your profile
- License or Master's degree in Finance, Economics.
- 2-3 years' experience in Private Assets or banking operations.
- Very rigorous and strong working capacity.
- Team coordination skills.
- Team spirit.
- Fluency in French and English is a must.
