Description
We are looking for experienced Store Executive for our plant.
Job Description:
- Receiving all type of raw materials and checking the quantity of materials.
- Check documents of receiving material like DC, Invoice, PO, E-way bill and unload vehicle in incoming area.
- Make physical verification of invoice qty. vs received qty. if found any damage or short qty. then inform SCM and Supplier.
- Make GRN and place on material and submit documents to accounts department for further process
- After inspection ok issue material to production dept. as per FIFO method through requisition.
- If QA dept. rejects material then coordinate with SCM and send it back to supplier with in days. make daily stock verification of material in ERP system vs physical stock after issuing to concern department.
- Coordinate in internal OR external inventory Audits.
- Review inventories for obsolete slow-moving items and bring Management attention for further actions.
- Maintain ensure daily store housekeeping, 5s and safety aspects.
Location - Ambad, Nashik.
Experienced required
- 03 - 05 yrs.
