Responsibilities:

  • Work in Jewel Cafe branch in Tropicana Gardens Mall.
  • Attend customers and provide good customer service.
  • Actively attending calls and sharing the business concept with the customers.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate services to the customers that come to sell their items.
  • Good team spirits and work together with partners to achieve better results.
  • Perform well in the daily routine tasks (shop opening and closing).

Skills & Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder in any field of study or any working experience.
  • On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Able to work in shift rotation including weekends and Public Holiday.
  • Good with computer and knowledge of MS Office.
  • Willingness to understand and learn the skills of appraisal & negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for gold, branded items, and luxury watches.
  • Self-discipline and punctuality are important.
  • Customer serviced oriented, team player, initiative, positive-minded & respectful of others.
  • Possess own transport.
