Description
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day HR and Admin activities.
- Maintain and track KPI’s.
- Prepare monthly reports such as headcount report, leave report etc.
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Upload of shortlisted profiles into required portals and track submissions
Collection of all documents required for:
Offer roll out.
- Complete background verification checks
- Must be collected and processed in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all employees in our HR system.
- Check and submit timesheets on time.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order additional supplies as needed, responsible for leasing and office maintenance including repair activities, liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry best practices (Human Resources & Administration).
- Any other ad hoc projects/ duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in HR management and administrative roles
- Strong understanding of full HR spectrum including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, immigration regulations, and taxation.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
