Description
Assists in the identification and analysis of business requirements and systems specifications
- Act as the liaison between users and technical staff throughout the solution implementation cycle
- Conducts feasibility studies and analyses on the risk and benefits of proposed solutions.
- Assists with translating business requirements into functional specifications, and document specifications.
- Evaluate the ability of an existing system to support proposed changes and identify systems deficiencies and performance gaps.
- Supports users on change control and systems updates and User Acceptance Testing and integration testing in accordance with the implementation plan.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Possesses an analytical mind, and is able to see interlinkages with system solutions and usability
- Competent in business needs analysis and business requirement mapping.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
- Experience with Customer Communication Management Systems (OpenText Exstream or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with systems related to Investment Banking, Financial Securities will be an added advantage
Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
