Description
Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Analyze financial performance and variances, and provide insights to drive decision-making.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management. Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and maintain adequate working capital.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency across various departments.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and long-term plans.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, including financial analysts, accountants, and other staff.
- Other adhoc work assigned by Chief Finance Officer
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset and ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork, integrity, and ethical conduct.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
