Description
Responsibilities:
- Assign appropriate labels and tags to content based on predefined criteria.
- Monitor content for adherence to community guidelines and platform policies.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain content classification quality.
- Provide clear feedback to content creators and collaborate on issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Able to work on rotational working days
- Shift : 9-6pm
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Able to read mandarin and Chinese characters.
- Familiarity with content moderation tools.
- Excellent understanding of online community guidelines.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
Salary: RM2,500.00 per month
