About the role
As part of the Merchandise Operations team you’ll be the primary contact for the support and resolution of Merchandise Promotional, Pricing, and Ticketing incidents. Working with both our stores and the Support Centre, you’ll ensure we have an accurate promotional offer for our stores and customers.
To do this, you’ll:
- Work with the wider Merchandise and IT teams to troubleshoot technical and data issues
- Respond to time critical incidents to establish root cause and implement corrective action with analysis to mitigate where possible
- Provide written documentation on Pricing, Promotions, and Ticketing to support store price integrity processes.
- Build strong relationships with both Store based and Support Centre stakeholders demonstrating a customer focus and technical credibility.
- Act as an SME and take the lead on promotional issues for our stores
About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have experience in a master data or analytical role and be systems savvy with experience in working with SAP and excel. With great attention to detail, you’ll love the numbers and have a naturally analytical and critical way of thinking.
You’ll also:
- Have an understanding of retail processes
- Have the drive to continuously improve processes
- Be highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Have proven ability to engage with relevant stakeholders
