Main Responsibilities:
- Undertake the configuration of analytical products within the toolset and assist in the definition of the underlying logic.
- Interpret clients’ needs and translate them into documented business, functional and technical requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders to provide advice and guidance.
- Assist in the preparation of, and maintenance of, training material.
- Play a part in ongoing client support, particularly in the use of the tool.
- Work as part of a team and take responsibility for continuous personal and team development.
- Organize and tag content according to the base structure for optimal user experience.
- Interpret, Analyze, and validate data to ensure content aligns with regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in Agile content development process with an integrated team of experts.
Qualifications
We are looking for a person who has:
- Logical, analytical and mathematical skills.
- Knowledge of Java, CSS, XML, SQL, or Python on a basic coding level would be a plus.
- Recent graduate in a technical/mathematical field or similar discipline or have 6-12 months’ experience in an Analyst/Developer type role.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Adept at problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Passionate and enthusiastic approach to their work and ability to interact well with others at all levels within the business.
- Knowledge/experience in using technology-based learning management systems (LMS) would be a plus.
- Ability to respond to instructions and deal with the given task in front of you.
