This site is located just outside Limerick city.
Requirements:
- Experience in site management on Public Works contracts.
- Residential construction experience.
- Ideally carpentry background
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to engage and motivate a workforce.
- Experience of dealing with clients, giving advice and resolving queries.
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety, Building Regulations.
