- Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience creating UI Designes.
  • Excellent knowledge of UI design, tools and the principles of composition and typography.
  • Experience in Figma.
  • Ability to design on a grid.
  • Ability to design responsive UI components.
  • The ability to create clean, pixel-perfect and usable UI.
  • Ability to create information architecture and user flows.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate pro-actively.
  • Being a team player with a real passion for design.
  • Confidence in using English both in writing and speaking (B2/C1).

  • Optional/Nice to have:

  • Ability to discover users' needs by facilitating workshops and conducting thorough research.

  • Experience in working with Design System.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS.

  • What will you do:

  • Collect business requirements and customer needs for projects.

  • Design user interfaces and user interactions.
  • Prototype, design and deliver new features.
  • Collaborate with other designers, developers and stakeholders to ensure outstanding user experience.
  • Design healthcare software interfaces using a component library and design new components based on specific style guidelines.
