- Requirements:
- 5 years of experience creating UI Designes.
- Excellent knowledge of UI design, tools and the principles of composition and typography.
- Experience in Figma.
- Ability to design on a grid.
- Ability to design responsive UI components.
- The ability to create clean, pixel-perfect and usable UI.
- Ability to create information architecture and user flows.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate pro-actively.
- Being a team player with a real passion for design.
- Confidence in using English both in writing and speaking (B2/C1).
Optional/Nice to have:
Ability to discover users' needs by facilitating workshops and conducting thorough research.
- Experience in working with Design System.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS.
What will you do:
Collect business requirements and customer needs for projects.
- Design user interfaces and user interactions.
- Prototype, design and deliver new features.
- Collaborate with other designers, developers and stakeholders to ensure outstanding user experience.
- Design healthcare software interfaces using a component library and design new components based on specific style guidelines.
