- Lead and motivate the Sales team across marketing and sales functions
- Setting and achieving targets with Sales team and maximizing their potential
- Develops and forecast, plan and achieve sales targets.
- Responsible for delivering 5-year plans with sales and marketing teams and in terms of market and consumer trends.
- Drive and track performance of sales, market share and brand objectives, building performance insights based on marketing and sales activity evaluation
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the product line and knowing how to sell products and services based on their requirements.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Pharmacy
- Direct experience in sales operations
- Experience of 5 - 10 years in FMCG/OTC or Consumer Health products
- Broad sales and marketing experience including Key Account Management, Sales Planning, Trade Marketing, Channel Management, online and offline marketing experience, etc.English Level:
