Are you a culinary mastermind with a passion for creating unique and unforgettable dining experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where creativity and innovation are valued above all else? If so, we want you to join our team as our Chef de Cuisine at our one-of-a-kind hotel.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Oversee the day-to-day culinary operations of the kitchen.
- Create and implement new menu items and concepts.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Ensure high quality and consistency in all dishes served.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor food costs and inventory.
What do we need from you?
- At least 5 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role.
- A culinary degree or certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with menu development and costing.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
