HotelBrain Group, an independent company specializing in hotel management, consulting and development,
is currently seeking to recruit for a managed Hotel Resort in Syros,
a professional for the position of
Service - Waiter / Hotel Pool Bar - Syros
(Code: SRV - SYR)
Responsible to provide customer focused service to the Guests, ensuring their stay will become an unforgettable experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years minimum experience as a Waiter in a Hotel Resort or a Buffet Restaurant.
Basic principles of F&B operations & staff organization planning are required.
Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential.
Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
Previous experience on POS & Micros systems is more than welcomed.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell/promote.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Problem solving skills.
Well groomed with strong interpersonal skills.
Team work spirit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the department
Maximize Hotel Food & Beverage sales
Great attention to detail
Offering upscale customer service
