Adding to our success, we are actively seeking to hire an experienced Full Time Electrical Sales Assistant for our store in Brown Thomas Dundrum.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Respond to sales enquiries either by phone or direct with customers, provide advice, information, quotations and ensure maximum level of sales and margin
Offer alternative products, promote cross-brand sales
Understand customer’s expectations and needs
Monitor customer orders and deliveries
Delivering a fantastic customer service experience to every customer
Replenishing stock quickly and keeping the store immaculate and well merchandised
Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
An interest in electrical products & staying up to date on new technology
Adhere to Company policies and procedures
Any other duties as reasonably requested by Management

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Must be extremely customer focused and sales driven
Friendly & Engaging personality
High-End Retail Sales Experience
Willing and able to work weekends including Sundays & Bank Holidays.
