Ensuring Health and Safety: Champion a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing measures to protect staff and visitors.
- Overall Production Output and Performance: Create and take charge of production targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Day-to-day Management and Supervision: Lead and supervise production staff, providing guidance and motivation to achieve operational objectives.
- Strong Leadership and Teamwork: Inspire teamwork, foster a quality-oriented approach, and provide strong leadership to achieve common goals.
- Efficient Production Operations: Oversee production lines, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues promptly.
- Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop production plans and schedules aligned with demand forecasts, optimising resource utilisation.
- Driving Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean practices to drive continuous improvement in processes and staff performance, ensuring efficient and high-quality output.
- Performance Management: Manage and assess production staff performance, providing feedback, and implementing development plans.
Salary: From €45,000.00 per year
