Description
Maintain and update patient medical records.
- Take initial patient stats before physician evaluated the patient.
- Administering injections and medications as instructed by the physician.
- Ensure individualize care plans are in place for all patients in the designated clinical area.
- Set a high standard of record keeping regarding patient care which is comprehensive, concise and valid
- Performing a wide range of tests, including pap smears and pelvic and breast exams
- Diagnosing and prescribing treatments for disorders and diseases
- Conducting routine check-ups on patients
